We offer multiple shipping options depending of the destination, the speed of delivery and the weight of the order. Currently we send our shipments with the company Envialia. We also offer you to collect your order by your own at our physical shop in Pontevedra, Spain, what has no shipping costs.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, transport and delivery. They are automatically calculated according to destination and the shipping option selected by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before ordering conclusion, and are included again in the confirmation email sent to the customer once the order is completed. You can get a shipping estimation without compromise before checking out, adding products freely to your shopping cart and indicating an address for delivery.
If order exceeds maximum allowed weight or dimensions it's possible that an automatic shipping estimation cannot be offered. In that case, the customer may contact with us directly and we'll be happy to offer a personalized estimation of shipping costs for that order.
Orders are sent in working days, from monday to friday. Orders received before 14:00h (spanish time) normally will be sent that day, once payment is checked and unless some incidence has occurred, of which the customer would be informed immediately. Orders received from 14:00h on will be shipped during the following working day. Payments sent by bankwire usually require a delay of 1-2 days for clearance, at which time the order will be immediately sent.
Time needed for delivery depends on shipping option selected when ordering, taking into account that saturdays, sundays and hollidays won't be considered. Even if we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery times due to logistic problems beyond our company control, we'll always try to do our best to solve them and facilitate order delivery in the shortest time possible.
Our catalog includes products that are in stock, and some others that temporally may be out of stock or that may be only served under pre-order. Stock/availability of each product is shown at product's data sheet, at the "Disponibilidad/Availability" paragraph.
Every shipment includes a transport warranty, given directly by Fishroom, which guarantees that the customer will receive the order in perfect condition. The customer must tell us about any damage detected at the moment of receiving the order, describing the incidences in the delivery note and contacting with us as soon as possible, and in any case before 48 hours from order delivery. Fishroom will replace the product with another one, new and with the same features, always that damage notification has been received within 48 hours from delivery. In that case, both return shipping as well as reshipping costs will be assumed by Fishroom.

Shipping to Balear Islands
Shipments with destination to Balear Ilands will be shipped with Envialia 24h or 72 h options (maximum 30 Kg).
We currently ship our products to any country of the European Union. Shipments will be made with the same coverages as those inside Spain, but some weight or size limitations may be applied. The customer may obtain a shipping cost estimation by adding products to the shopping cart and including an address for delivery. For those orders beyond the weight/size preset limits, the customer may contact with us and we'll be happy to provide a customized shipping estimation.
TRACKING THE ORDER STATUS
Most shipping options allow for a package tracking along the way from us to the customer. In that case we'll provide the customer with a tracking code and link that will allow to check package location at any moment, directly from our carrier tracking system.
