What should I do if I find damages when my order is delivered?

If you find any kind of damage to the products inside the package, you must cummunicate with us as soon as possible (in any case before 48h from delivery), and write down a short description of the damages at the delivery note that the carrier will give you to sign on. We guarantee the products during transport so their value is covered 100%. This coverage ends at the moment you receive your package.
